We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in a full-time role from 7a-3p.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care, adhering to all regulations and standards.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring daily nursing care and evaluating staff performance. Conducting shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services. Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly. Providing reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing. Coordinating nursing services with other resident care areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license in the state. Peripheral IV certification. At least two years of clinical nursing experience. One year of management experience (preferred). Experience in geriatrics or subacute care (1 year). CPR/BLS certification. Effective communication skills in English; additional languages helpful.
