We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position (7a-3p) to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating nursing care and staff performance
- Leading shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services
- Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly
- Providing reports and recommendations to leadership
- Coordinating nursing services with other resident care teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license in the state
- Peripheral IV certification
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- 1 year management experience (preferred)
- Experience in geriatrics or subacute care
- CPR/BLS certification
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
