Qualifications include a current Kansas RN license, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities encompass completing RN documentation, administering medications, facilitating resident admissions/discharges, and performing medical procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.
Supervisory duties involve collaborating with consultants, investigating complaints, conducting daily resident checks, and updating the DON on resident and staff status.
