We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11p-7a) with weekend work.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will oversee nursing staff and daily activities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, evaluating staff performance, conducting shift meetings, resolving resident care issues, and coordinating services for continuity of care.
Qualifications include a current RN license, peripheral IV certification, two years of clinical nursing experience, and preferred management and geriatrics experience. CPR/BLS certification and effective communication skills are required.
