Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, leveraging evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized care, partner with patients and families, ensure effective communication, promote safety and quality outcomes, and support performance improvement initiatives. They collaborate with team members, demonstrate professionalism, mentor colleagues, and participate in research and protocol development to enhance care.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, current RN licensure (single or multi-state), Basic Life Support certification, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Skills include critical thinking, teamwork, cultural competence, and adherence to regulatory standards.
