This full-time night RN position is located in Nashville, TN at Saint Thomas West within the Renal Diabetes Department.
You’ll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care, develop and manage individualized care plans, communicate effectively with the care team, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and assist with discharge planning.
Minimum requirements include an RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 1 month, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
