Join our team as an on-call Registered Nurse at a community health center in Hermiston, OR, dedicated to making a difference beyond medical care.
Provide comprehensive patient care, including vital signs, health histories, and documentation in EMR. Conduct phone triage, assess patient needs, and coordinate follow-up care. Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient education on medications. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans and referrals. Qualifications include an RN license, Associate’s Degree or higher, BCLS certification (ACLS & PALS preferred), and dual licensure in WA & OR within 120 days. Skills preferred include bilingual (English/Spanish), strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in EMR and MS Office.
