Role: Provides specialized nursing care for Rapid Response Team, ensuring patient well-being and comfort through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and education related to acute needs.
Responsibilities: Facilitate delivery of emergency and acute care interventions, support patient safety, and implement medically prescribed treatments for defined populations.
Qualifications: RN license, Bachelor’s or Associate Degree, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
