Position: Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $37.25 – $57.74 per hour, based on experience and expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain current competency and contribute to peer development.
- Incorporate ethical standards and evidence-based practices into care delivery.
- Recognize and adapt to varying situations, promoting safety for patients and staff.
- Guide and supervise nursing staff, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- IL RN License, CPR/BLS, and within 90 days ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred; strong communication skills; ability to supervise staff; reliable transportation.
