Position: RN – Cardiac Renal Unit with a focus on patient care, assessment, and coordination.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, individualize patient and family education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications: Successfully complete an accredited nursing degree (Associate’s or BSN), hold a valid Illinois nursing license, and maintain CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
