Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool, providing direct patient care with competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, and float premiums.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decision-making, and engage in patient safety and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum one year of bedside experience with float or travel nursing, current licensure, ability to work day/night rotations, and experience working across multiple hospital locations. Graduate from Specialty Training Program required.
Key Duties: Provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate discharge planning, educate patients and families, participate in unit governance, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives in a clinical environment.
