Role: Registered Nurse PD 3 Float providing patient care across multiple locations.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain current competency; contribute to peer development; incorporate ethical and evidence-based practices; ensure safety; supervise staff; document thoroughly; respond to emergencies; and perform related duties.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of nursing experience, graduate from an accredited nursing school, effective communicator, current Illinois nursing license, CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required. Psych experience preferred.
