Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic, high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, and delivering patient care; executing treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluating intervention effectiveness; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; and ensuring optimal patient and family experiences.
They will also participate in unit-based decision-making, quality and safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice activities, maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; ability to coordinate comprehensive care; strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptability in a fast-paced environment; commitment to safety and excellence; and participation in ongoing professional development.
