Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
Coordinate care, educate patients and families, and discharge planning in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while ensuring safety and quality.
Evaluate intervention effectiveness, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in unit-based decision-making.
Contribute to quality and safety initiatives and support organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program. Critical care experience preferred. Demonstrates strong assessment, accountability, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, document assessments, and adapt care plans based on patient responses. Engage with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Participate in safety and quality education programs and uphold organizational policies.
