Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs.
- Coordinate patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Formulate and execute individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly.
- Engage in problem-solving, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in unit decision-making.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives, patient education, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong assessment skills, accountability, and teamwork orientation.
- Critical care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
