Position Overview: Responsible for providing family-centered nursing care in a 16-bed Pediatric ICU unit.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering expert patient care, collaborating with healthcare team, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Qualifications: Illinois RN license, Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s required within five years if only an Associate Degree), current BLS certification, and PALS within three months of hire.
Preferred Experience: Two years of Pediatric ICU RN experience.
Skills & Competencies: Strong clinical skills, pediatric care expertise, teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
Additional Details: Part-time role (24 hours), day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
