Role Overview:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and reach
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and others depending on department needs

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care, evaluate care outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards.
