You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative OR team specializing in General Surgery, Urology/GYN, and Robotics, with self-scheduling and limited call requirements. The position is located at Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC, with shifts Monday–Friday, some weekends, and call responsibilities discussed during the interview.
Candidates must have prior OR experience, an RN license, and a minimum of one year of acute care nursing. Preferred candidates will hold a B.S. in Nursing or related field and have leadership experience.
Responsibilities include circulating for surgical procedures, collaborating with the surgical team, and advocating for patients to ensure a smooth perioperative experience. Candidates should have the skills to modify care based on patient age and interpret patient needs accordingly.
