Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, assessments, planning, and coordination within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and revise nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and actively participate as a team member to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
