Role Overview: The Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with physicians and staff, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in cardiac surgery is advantageous. Demonstrates compassionate patient interaction, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.
