Registered Nurse – Oncology Unit – Night Shift

Position: RN – Oncology Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: Night shift, 7:00pm – 7:30am, every other weekend

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, collect health data, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers.

Coordinate and implement individualized care plans ensuring safety, effectiveness, and timeliness.

Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members through in-person, phone, and written interactions.

Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.

Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Valid nursing license in Illinois.
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
