Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout hospitalization.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills. Experience in oncology and specialized training in chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant care are advantageous.
Additional Duties: Manage patients across varying acuity levels, participate in clinical orientation, and work towards optimal patient safety and satisfaction.
