Responsibilities include administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and participating in unit-based decision-making to promote evidence-based practice. The nurse will also engage in quality and safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to a team focused on achieving organizational goals.
- Qualifications: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; ability to work in a clinical environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and knowledge of neonatal care standards.
