Role: Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a transplant nephrology setting, collaborating with medical teams to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage adverse reactions.
- Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to ensure exceptional care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and medications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Nurse licensure and diploma required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication, compassionate patient advocacy, and teamwork skills.
