Qualifications & Skills:
Illinois RN license and nursing degree
Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
Certified Lactation Counselor or similar within one year
Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within six months
Strong communication, clinical skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
