Registered Nurse (Medical Intensive Care Unit – MICU)
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Titrate medications, manage advanced respiratory support including ventilators, and care for invasive lines while ensuring safe, effective treatment.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications/Skills: Strong critical care nursing skills, ability to titrate medications, expertise in ventilator and invasive line management, excellent assessment and critical thinking, and effective teamwork and communication.
