Role Overview: Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes patient assessments within scope of practice and standards.
- Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinates and delivers individualized care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a specialty nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates clinical competence, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
