Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates individualized care plans, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and educates patients and families. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and participates in unit-based decision-making and quality safety initiatives. Ensures a compassionate, safe, and satisfying patient experience while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot equipment, and participate actively in evidence-based practice.
