Position: Registered Nurse, Orthopedic Medical Surgical Telemetry
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently for a specific patient unit
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
