Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry provides compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse adult patient populations.
- Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Interpret cardiac telemetry and monitor patient status to support clinical decision-making.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to established standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessment, care provided, and patient response.
- Uphold patient safety practices and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Qualifications/Skills: Registered Nurse licensure, strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, ability to interpret telemetry, medication administration competency, effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality care.
