Role: Compassionate RN Clinical Staff Nurse for a Med/Surg/Tele unit, providing direct bedside care in a busy adult telemetry and medical-surgical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Provide cardiac/telemetry monitoring and respond to clinical changes
- Deliver wound care and other bedside nursing interventions
- Provide discharge teaching and support for patient understanding and follow-through
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver culturally competent, evidence-based care focused on quality, safety, and patient experience
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure and strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills to support adult patients, including those from historically underserved communities.
