Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and tech skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
