This role is for a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.
Key duties include
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care monitoring patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and providing education maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safety and confidentiality participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting shared governance mentoring and fostering growth among colleagues adhering to professional standards, policies, and certifications Qualifications include
an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) current RN licensure (single or multi-state) BLS certification 1-2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred Essential skills involve strong patient care, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional development.
