Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The Registered Nurse serves as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, prioritize daily patient flow, document assessments and care, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Patient Advocacy: Address concerns, educate patients and families, communicate relevant information, and promote a supportive environment.
- Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, support initiatives for better outcomes, and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
- Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue growth opportunities, mentor peers, promote professionalism, and participate in organizational activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and BLS certification.
- 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
