Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Role Overview:

This nursing position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in the assigned setting, collaborating with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. It requires delivering high-quality care through critical thinking, compassionate communication, and adherence to nursing processes, while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Responsibilities include

assessing patients accurately based on their medical condition

administering prescribed medications

performing treatments and patient education tailored to individual needs

collaborating with team members,

assisting physicians with procedures,

addressing psychosocial needs of patients and families. The role emphasizes

cost-effective practices, patient safety, and lifelong learning

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Computer literacy
RN licensure
BLS certification within 14 days of hire
Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications
