Registered Nurse (Healthcare & Medical Services)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care using advanced clinical judgment and skills. You will assess patients, administer medications, and develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Key duties include:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes
- Administer medications and deliver safe, high-quality care
- Coordinate individualized care plans and promote safe transitions of care
- Document care accurately using EHR systems
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and continuity of care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated treatment
Qualifications & skills: Registered Nurse licensure, strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills, effective teamwork and communication, proficiency with EHR documentation, and a patient-centered approach to education and care coordination.
