Position: RN – Medical ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Job Type: Full time, 36 hours/week
Hours: Day shift (7:00am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state and hospital guidelines. Employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of critical care RN experience, Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s within five years if only an Associate Degree), current Illinois RN licensure, CPR (American Heart Association BLS), and ACLS certification within six months of hire.
