Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care in a high-acuity medical intensive care unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulate and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred), critical thinking, calmness under stress, attention to detail, integrity, strong communication, teamwork, and a desire for professional development.
