Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adult patients, performing comprehensive assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans. Interpret cardiac telemetry data and monitor patient status to support timely clinical decisions. Administer medications safely and effectively, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
