Role Overview:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for diverse inpatient roles in women’s and children’s services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, and PICU.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across various populations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assume accountability for nursing outcomes.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed staff, contributing to high-quality patient experiences and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current IL RN license; BSN preferred.
- BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications through AHA.
- At least 2 years of recent hospital nursing experience in relevant specialties.
