Role Overview:
This position is for a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, social, and psychological needs.
– Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
– Coordinate and delegate care activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards.
– Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
– Promote professionalism by complying with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Current RN license and BLS certification.
– Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills.
– Ability to assess patient needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Additional Requirements:
– Physical ability to perform patient transfers, operate equipment, and navigate busy environments.
– Preferred BSN degree from an accredited institution.
