Registered Nurse – Intermediate Stepdown

This role is based in Wichita, KS at a facility specializing in General Surgery & Trauma. It involves night shifts, full-time, with 3 shifts per week from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, and offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

You will lead holistic patient care by executing personalized care plans and monitoring clinical conditions to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment.

Serve as the primary care coordinator, facilitating seamless communication among multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive healing.

Advocate for patients by translating physician orders into bedside actions while maintaining high clinical standards.

Support patient transition to home by assessing and coordinating discharge needs, ensuring patients and families feel confident and supported.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing, obtain BLS certification within 30 days, and have a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
