Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure effective patient management.
- Reconciliating medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
