Position: Registered Nurse, Infusion Clinic
Location: Northwest Community Hospital – Infusion Center
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities: Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans; assessing patients; communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team; providing education tailored to patient needs; supporting professional development; assisting with technical procedures such as injections and IV management; participating in quality improvement and research activities; conducting wound/ostomy/skin care rounds if skilled; and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required), 1 year oncology/infusion experience (preferred), BLS/CPR certification (required), current Illinois RN license (required).
