Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit
Location: Evanston, IL
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, with rotating shifts and weekend work
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU independently
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
Preferred: 1+ year of acute care or ISCU experience, NICU/ISCU expertise
