Role: ICU Registered Nurse (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Incorporate patient-centered care, addressing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, treatment goals, and discharge strategies.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, ensuring communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
- Conduct hourly patient rounds to enhance safety, communication, and anticipate patient needs.
- Support professional team leadership and demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Valid ACLS & BLS certifications.
- Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Handle with Care certification or ability to obtain within six months.
