Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Ensure effective communication and coordination to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required), with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Demonstrates compassionate care, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling medical equipment. Active participation in unit decision-making and safety programs is expected.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, formulate care plans, deliver direct patient care, revise interventions based on patient response, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
