Position: Community-Based Float Nurse (RN) supporting hospice care in the East Territory, working on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
Key Duties:
- Deliver autonomous, compassionate end-of-life care to diverse patient populations.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements.
- Support patients and families through meaningful engagement and education.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN with a current Missouri license.
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community.
- Preferably with hospice, long-term care, or end-of-life experience.
- BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
