Role Overview: This is a part-time RN position providing comprehensive home care services within the Southeast Region, primarily serving the BJC Home Care service area. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, promoting cultural sensitivity, updating care plans, and communicating changes to families and team members. The position requires the ability to work safely and efficiently in a safety-sensitive environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing, be licensed as an RN, and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Home Health and 2-5 years of experience. Experience in supervisory roles is not required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and cultural competence are essential.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to provide coverage across all St. Louis regions during on-call rotations and registration with the Family Care Safety Registry are necessary.
