Role Overview: The RN – Healthcare Transformation Collaborative provides patient-centered nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining current nursing competency and integrating evidence-based practices.
- Collaborating with peers to promote professional development.
- Ensuring ethical standards and safety measures are upheld.
- Supervising and guiding staff in patient care delivery.
- Documenting thoroughly and timely, and performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on unit needs.
Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay ranges from $37.25 to $57.74, based on experience.
